Demo Terms and Acceptable Use

Operator and agreement

These Demo Terms and Acceptable Use form an agreement between you and Web and Build Solutions Kft., Fáy András utca 57, 2217 Gomba, Hungary, the operator of Layoutweaver. Company details and contact information are in the Legal Notice. You must have legal capacity to accept these terms or authority to accept them for the organization you represent.

Purpose and scope

The guided Layoutweaver demo sandbox is a temporary, controlled environment for evaluating prepared browser-assisted Drupal migration workflows. It is not a production hosting service, backup service, or unrestricted scraping service.

Account and access

You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use only the account assigned to you. Invitation codes and access links may not be sold, automated, shared, or used to create duplicate accounts to bypass limits. We may suspend or end access to protect the service, other users, or third parties, to investigate suspected misuse, or to comply with law.

Permitted source and content

Use only the guided or otherwise expressly approved source. Do not submit private, sensitive, confidential, illegal, malicious, or unauthorized content. You must have the right to access and use any source or content you submit.

For the duration and purpose of the demo, you authorize us to access, copy, transform, transmit to the managed target, display to your account, and delete the permitted source content as needed to operate and clean up the sandbox. This does not transfer ownership of your content or third-party content to us.

Prohibited use

• Do not bypass source, run, file, storage, rate, invitation, account, or target restrictions.
• Do not probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the SaaS, target Drupal, another user's data, or supporting infrastructure.
• Do not upload malware, credentials, secrets, regulated personal data, or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Do not use modified clients, local DNS, proxy, or target substitutions to impersonate managed result authority or redirect managed demo traffic.

Temporary data and cleanup

Demo content, files, runs, and access are temporary and may be removed automatically when their retention period ends, when an account is deleted, when limits are exceeded, or when the controlled demo is changed or withdrawn. Do not rely on the sandbox to preserve data.

Service availability

The free sandbox is provided for evaluation and may be changed, limited, interrupted, or withdrawn. Results may be incomplete and must be reviewed before use in another environment. Do not use demo output as a production migration or backup. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Privacy and deletion

The Privacy Notice explains account, workflow, target, security, retention, and deletion processing. Managed demo participants can start account deletion from the Account page and can use the privacy contact form for broader requests.

Changes and contact
